Overview

ASO High Clean Permanently Antistatic Bag is an ultraclean antistatic bag that can be used in a cleanroom. Both the inner and outer surfaces of the bag are very clean, and particle counts on the inner surface are controlled on a lot-by-lot basis.
Conventional processing techniques that may cause bleed-out or shedding of an antistatic agent—for instance additives such as antistatic agents, carbon, heavy metals, light metals, and coatings—are not used. This product is mainly used in the semiconductor and electronic device applications, but is also safe for use in the pharmaceutical applications and it has been certified to comply with the "Test Methods for Plastic Containers" in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia, 15th edition. If you would like a copy of the catalog for this product, please do not hesitate to ask us. This product is also available in standard sizes for customers who want only a small quantity of bags.

Measurement method
The bags were filled with 500 mL of dust-free water with a blank count close to zero and then the bag was tied at the top.Then, 10 mL of the water was taken out of the bag and the number of particles in this sample was counted.This measurement was repeated three times and the average value calculated. The total particle numbers are shown in the tables above.
