A: Raw materials and production environment is the same.
For high clean poly bag, Particles (with a particle size of 2 to 40 µm) on the inner surface of the bag are controlled on a lot-by-lot basis using a liquid-borne particle counter. High Clean Poly Bag has been certified to comply with the Japanese Pharmacopoeia as well as other international standards, including the USP and EP regulations.
High clean poly bag is more high quality bag than clean poly bag.
Q: Do you have “clean bag” in stock?
A: Sorry, we do not have that.
Clean poly bags are only produced by made-to-order.

Q: Do you have “high clean poly bag” with Permanently Antistatic?
A: Yes, we have.

Q: Is it possible to print and color the films?
A: We do not accept printing or coloring as they will lead to contamination of the production line.
Q: Could you do degassing packing?
A: We could do that basically.
However, since the material is polyester alone, it may not be possible to maintain the degassing state depending on the storage period.
Also, please avoid putting products with corners as much as possible because pinholes may occur.
A: Basically, it is used as an inner bag for iron drums.
The open type is available in a wide range from liquid to viscous contents.
As for the closed type, you can use only the liquid contents with low viscosity.
Q: Please tell me about the chemical resistance of the inner bag for drum liner.
A: it is difficult to answer this question because the result would be changed depending on what you put to the inner bags.
These products are made from polyethylene so it is inferior to the resistant of oil and organic solvent component.
In addition, they are not good at the highly permeable contents.

Q: Please tell me about the temperature of the heat resistant.
A: To be honest, it is difficult to answer exactly because it depends on the materials you put in.
In the case of water, for example, heat-resistant is around 80℃.
However, oil component and organic solvent component are more lower than water.

Q: Could you manage made-to-order bags for open type?
A: It is possible to arrange thickness and height.

Q: How height does it need to tie up the top of the open type bag?
A: We recommend 1100-1200mm height but it depends on the amount of filling and how to tie the contents. We also accept made-to-order bags and the open type can be produced up to 1400mm in height.
Q: What is the advantage of the drum bags compared to the normal plastic bags?
A: Compared to the normal plastic bags, drum bags fit drum containers perfectly and there is no left because of round-bottomed bags. You can remove contents completely.
