Overview
UV Protection Clean Bag is a clean polyethylene bag that prevents UV light, which promotes degradation of contents, from passing through it.
Cleanroom related packages are often required to protect contents, many of which are sensitive to UV light, from UV light. Our "UV Protection Clean Bag" is an innovative, ultraclean UV protection bag that blocks 99% of 385 nm and shorter wavelengths, which promote ultraviolet degradation.
Unlike (most) conventional UV protection bags, this UV protection clean bag does not incorporate an organic ultraviolet absorber, and thus is free from bleed-out of UV screening agents (formation of agglomerated powder) on the film surface or particle generation with time, and is safe for use in a cleanroom. It is available in small packs and is also suitable for customers who want to use the bag in small quantities. This is a standard product kept in stock and is available for immediate delivery.

[Measurement method]
The bag was filled with 500 mL of dust-free water with the blank count close to zero and then tied at the top. Then 10 mL of the water was taken out of the bag and the number of particles in this sample was counted. This measurement was repeated three times and the average value calculated. The total counts are shown in the above tables.
