Overview
ASO Clean Aluminum Bag is a "clean aluminum bag" based on our time-proven clean film technology suitable for packing products that require protection from moisture, gas, and light.
These bags are suitable for use as packaging for various products including pharmaceuticals, foods, cosmetics, and electronic devices.

Features
◇ With an oxygen barrier and moisture-proof aluminum foil interlayer, the bag provides a high quality gas and moisture barrier.
◇ To monitor the cleanliness of the bag, the particle count on the inner surface is measured with a liquid-borne particle counter on a lot-by-lot basis before the product is delivered. Fully additive-free polyethylene is used as the raw material for the innermost layer that comes in contact with contents, which makes the product a clean aluminum bag that has a minimal risk of causing contamination due to material transfer or particles.
◇ The innermost surface has been certified to comply with the standard for apparatuses and containers/packages (Notification No. 201 of the Ministry of Health and Welfare) based on the Food Sanitation Act, "standards for pharmaceutical packaging, and polyethylene or polypropylene containers for aqueous injections" in the 16th Edition of the Japanese Pharmacopoeia.
◇ The aluminum foil completely blocks out light, making the product suitable for packing UV-sensitive products.
◇ We can deliver this product by the case. One case contains 200 to 1000 bags, which are vacuum-sealed in units of 50 to 100 bags to make them easier to use.

* The tables show measured, not guaranteed, values.
[Measurement method]
The bags were filled with 500 mL of dust-free water with a blank count close to zero and then the bag was tied at the top. Then, 10 mL of the water was taken out of the bag and the number of particles in this sample was counted. This measurement was repeated three times and the average value calculated. The total particle numbers are shown in the tables above.

Film properties
*1 MOCON method, 23°C, 60% RH
*2 Kept at a constant temperature (40°C) and humidity (90% RH) in a bath for 2 days (to stabilize the sample). Then, the weight was measured with a high-precision electronic balance at intervals of 24 h. The weight was measured for 3 days and the weight difference compared to the day before was recorded.
*3 The specimens were kept at room temperature for at least 1 h before the test, which was conducted at 23±5°C and 50±10% RH. The tensile speed was 500 mm/min and a 10 mm wide dumbbell-shaped specimen was used (no similar specimen is found in the JIS illustration).
*4 Needle tip radius: 0.5 mm, test speed: 50 mm/min
*5 The "7.5 Heat seal strength test" in JIS Z 1707:1997 (product standard) was followed. The specimens were kept at room temperature for at least 1 h before the test, which was conducted at 23±5°C and 50±10% RH.
