If we receive a sample from our clients and request that you make a bag using the same raw material, analyze the resin shown below.
（１）Infrared spectroscopy（ＩＲ）
Since the infrared spectra always show the same pattern if they are the same substances, we will compare the analyzed spectra with the known spectra and investigate the materials.
（２）Differential scanning calorimetry （ＤＳＣ）
Differential scanning calorimetry is a method of recording the energy required to keep the difference between the two temperatures at zero relative to time or temperature under equal conditions while the sample and reference material are adjusted by heating.
（３） Polarization microscope
In the case of multilayer film, observe at 150 times to 300 times with a deflection microscope and analyze the interlayer composition. This is a common analytical procedure, but it is not possible to analyze resin manufacturers or resin grades. Additives may also be analyzed by thermal analysis gas chromatography (PGC) if they are made sure to contain or not.
